Meghan Babin has been a busy lady, folks! Since she’s started working on Interweave Knits back in August, she’s also released a three-piece collection using Woolfolk’s new yarn, Hygge, called On Fifteens and Seventeens, and now she’s released a brand new hat knitting pattern in collaboration with Brooklyn Tweed!
The Boyd Hat Knitting Pattern is knit in Brooklyn Tweed’s brand new yarn, called Quarry, and features a wide four-strand cable set against deep ribbing and topped with a faux-fur pompom from Bernat. Currently the hat pattern is only available via our kits, but we have three different options to choose from: Moonstone, Slate, and Geode. Each kit includes a digital pattern link, one skein of Brooklyn Tweed Quarry, and one Bernat Faux-Fur pompom.
These great pompom hats are very much on trend and also easy to knit! Brooklyn Tweed Quarry is a chunky yarn that comes in a variety of colors and has that slightly felted feel that Loft and Shelter have, but also is just as soft and lovely to knit as those yarns. Lisa, Hannah, and Meghan each knit one hat and loved working with this new yarn.
We only have a handful of kits in each color, so order yours today before we’re all out of stock!
