Slouchy and cabled, the Nakai Peak Hat is ready for a day in the woods or a night in the city. Made in ultra-comfortable Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sport, your only reminder that you have it on comes when you look in the mirror.

Skill Level Easy

Finished Size 16 (18¼, 20½)” circumference and 10¼” tall. Hat shown measures 20½”.

Yarn Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sport (100% superwash merino wool; 200 yd [183 m]/
2 oz [57 g]): #57ns patina, 2 skeins.

Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16″ circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.

Gauge 35 sts and 40 rnds = 4″ in charted patt.
