This fashion-forward open-work pullover is worked seamlessly in the round. The lace effect is created using dropped stitches.

Finished Size: 36 (40, 44, 48)" bust circumference. Sweater shown measures 36".
Yarn: Classic Elite Verde Collection Solstice (70% organic cotton, 30% wool; 100 yd [ m]/ g): #2335 color, 5 (5, 5, 6) skeins.
Needles: Size 7 (4.5 mm): 22", 29" and 16" circulars (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); tapestry needle.
Gauge: 19 sts and 24 rows = 4" in St st.

This shrug is a perfect completion to any outfit. The ruffle is worked in one piece and encircles the entire front and back. The corded edging of each ruffle is created by folding the knitting and working into the stitches in a previous row.
