Crochet-inspired lace opens up the back of this knit tee. Sweater is knit back and forth from the bottom up in one long piece and seamed at the sides with subtle A-line shaping.

FINISHED SIZE 40 (441⁄4, 49, 503⁄4, 571⁄2)" bust circumference. Tee shown measures 39".
YARN Manos del Uruguay Silk Blend (70% extrafine merino wool, 30% silk; 150 yd [137 m]/13⁄4 oz [50 g]): #3029 steel, 5 (6, 7, 7, 8) skeins. Yarn distributed by Fairmount Fibers.
NEEDLES Size 6 (4 mm): 24" circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
NOTIONS Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
GAUGE 17 sts and 26 rows = 4" in St st; 15 sts and 24 rows = 4" in Lace patt.
