Mirrored-Cable Swing Coat

A super bulky yarn makes a cabled sideways jacket easy to knit up. Fronts  are curved with short rows and accented with a large cable for a swingy silhouette. 

FINISHED SIZE 151⁄4 (163⁄4, 18, 203⁄4, 22)" back width, from center of underarm to center of underarm. Jacket shown measures 163⁄4".
YARN Blue Sky Alpacas Bulky (50% alpaca, 50% wool; 45 yd [41 m]/31⁄2 oz [100 g]): #1217 curry, 14 (15, 17, 19, 20) skeins.
NEEDLES Size 15 (10 mm): 40" circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
NOTIONS Markers (m); removable m; cable needle (cn); waste yarn; stitch holders; tapestry needle; size N/15 (10 mm) crochet hook.
GAUGE 81⁄2 sts and 12 rows = 4" in St st.18-st cable panel = 43⁄4" wide
