Pattern currently found in the Piecework magazine issue January/February 2013.  I just got my copy and can't wait to make one.  It's just like my 1860's sortie cap, only without dropped stitches so I expect it'll be a quick knit, as my cap knit up in just two hours.  Very easy, and very popular early victorian pattern.
