BARTÓK TUNIK

Colorwork inspired by Hungarian embroidery decorates a feminine blouse. Bell sleeves and a keyhole at the neckline give a bohemian silhouette.

Finished Size 32¼ (36¼, 40¼, 44¼, 48¼)" bust circumference. Pullover shown measures 32¼", modeled with negative ease.
Yarn Classic Elite Yarns Majestic Tweed (40% wool, 20% angora; 20% silk; 20% nylon; 110 yd [100 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #7246 true teal (MC), 7 (8, 8, 9, 10) skeins; #7206 butterscotch (CC), 2 (2, 2, 2, 3) skeins.
Needles Body-size 9 (5.5 mm): 32" circular (cir). Hems and neck edging-size 7 (4.5 mm): 16" cir.
Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge 16 sts and 24 rows = 4" in St st with larger needle.

From the smaller photos, I initially thought the yellow/gold areas were lace... and that's what made me click through to investigate further.

Lovely details! I wonder why the sleeves are worked flat. It is more usual to do that kind of stranded colorwork in the round.
