Finished Size 35 1/4 (37 1/2, 39 3/4, 41 3/4, 44, 46 1/4, 48 1/4)" bust circumference. Pullover shown measures 35 1/4", modeled with 11/4" of positive ease.

Yarn HiKoo Kenzie (50% New Zealand merino, 25% nylon, 10% angora, 10% alpaca, 5% silk noils; 160 yd [146 m]/1 3/4 oz [50 g]): #1000 pavlova, 8 (8, 9, 9, 10, 10, 11) skeins. Yarn distributed by Skacel.

Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): 32" and 40" circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.

Gauge 22 sts and 31 rnds = 4" in Waffle patt.

to continue.... The chart is 9 rows... it needs to be 18 so the pattern does not reverse as my swatch did.... 1-9 ( RS) rows 9-18 (WS) and back again, interesting pattern, but not correct.  {Knitting row 9 then begin chart again @ row 1 (same direction!!)}. My swatch folds up neatly like an accordian blind!! LOL

I just completed the gauge & I do do think the chart for the waffle pattern is correct.  The verticals are low (knit), the horizontals high (purl)... the chart is not drawn that way.
