Tapestry needle

 

Finished size: 7 (8, 9) inches (17.8 [20.3, 22.9] cm) foot circumference

Gauge: 36 sts and 52 rnds = 4 inches (10.2 cm) in St st

Where is the pattern.  I  know we ladies are not dumb and can read, but where is the pattern so one can see if it is worth downloading.
