These light-hearted crocheted scarves are all worked exactly alike; their unique personalities are due to the different yarns used to make each one: a colorful linen blend for summer wear, a soft alpaca yarn for winter, and a festive ribbon yarn for when you feel like celebrating. Worked length-wise on both sides of the foundation chain, each scarf is a quick treat for a weekend or evening project.
Finished Size:90" (228.5 cm) long and 2" (5 cm) wide.
Yarn: GGH Safari (78% linen, 22% nylon; 153 yd [140 m]/13⁄4 oz [50g]): #103 blues, 1 ball. Yarn distributed by Muench Yarns.
Hook: Size F/5 (3.75 mm). Adjust hook size as necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle.
Gauge: 2½ sh = 4" (10 cm) in patt; 3 rows = 1" (2.5 cm) in patt.
Skill level: Easy.
