Like the Manchester Jacke.

A flattering jacket for a full figure is one with a long, clean silhouette, a length that emphasizes the vertical lines, and a few details that pull the look together. Full figured women usually look best in a jacket that reaches down to the mid-thigh. This length makes for a flattering jacket because it creates a clean, vertically-oriented silhouette without being so long that it overwhelms the rest of the outfit. To keep the lines long, opt for invisible pockets that blend right in to the contours of the jacket. Although pocket flaps can seem like an attractive detail when the coat is on the shopping rack, once you put the coat on you'll see that they interfere with the clean silhouette, creating a less flattering jacket. As a full figured woman, you'll be rewarded with a great look if you choose a jacket that has a large or even oversized lapel; this detail will help create balance with the body's curves. There's more than one way to create balance with a lapel; drawing the eye towards the lapel with a brooch or other small embellishment can actually make a jacket with small lapels more flattering to a full figure, so if your heart is set on dainty lapels, you can still look graceful.

Bonnie looks good in all of these except the Manchester Jacket, but no one looks good in that pattern. When the Blooming Cardigan is buttoned it looks too small but that could be easily remedied by making the fronts wider. Unbottoned it looks great.

Honestly, I thought the Blooming Cardigan looked very snuggly, but that it wouldn't really be flattering on anyone. I stand corrected -- it looks great on Bonnie (belted or unbelted).

Climbing Vines looks great on her, both color and fit and length. Its my personal favorite for her, although the Ropes and Picots looks very nice as well for the same reasons. The open unbelted Blooming Vines sweater also looks great on her (didn't like it on the others much) and the color is also beautiful on her. The Manchester sweater doesn't fit her right and I don't much care for that sweater in general anyway.

As someone built similarly to Bonnie, I find the first two sweaters too short. When you take up a little more in the bust, if the sweater is not long enough, it makes you look chunky. That's why the Bloomin Cardigan looks so good (unbelted) because it and the Manchester Jacket are the only two that are long enough. I agree with all who mentiioned that the manchester jacket horizontal band hits Bonnie in a bad place and the sleeves are too long. Also on the Ropes and Picots cardigan, I agree with those who said that the sleeves are too tight. I like the color of it the best on Bonnie, though. I think, overall, the Blooming Cardigan (unbelted) is my choice.

Climbing vine. Scoop neck gives good proportion to bust, The only tweak is negative east under the bust to show more of her shape. the less bulky yarns are also more flattering.

Blooming Cardigan, unbelted, looks great on Bonnie; I also like the Climbing Vines but wish it was a little longer. I don't like the Manchester Jacket on her.

I like the Blooming Cardigan without the belt best. The Ropes and Picots looks great too - but maybe a tiny bit too snug. I like the Climbing Vines, but don't find the deep scoop to be flattering - or maybe the t-shirt underneath is getting in the way. I do like the Manchester Jacket as a matter of principal, but the other items are way more flattering.

Climbing Vine and Ropes and Picots cardi would be my choices. I think its the width of the neck opening -- similar in both -- that frames her shoulders and bust so well.

Agree that all except the Manchester look good, but is the Blooming Vines too tight? It seems to pull when buttoned and not want to go together in front when open. I bet it would look even better one size up.

Blooming Cardigan. I prefer it unbelted on her, which just looks perfect! Belted, it is a little small. Though I agree with AnneF - all the sweaters would look fantastic if they were just a bit longer so the shaping hit her in the right places.

Bonnie wears all four sweaters beautifully. In my opinion though I believe I would have made the first two slightly longer for Bonnie maybe by 2 or 3 inches not much just a little. The third, the cardigan looked great open & unbelted but was not flattering to her figure semi closed & belted it may have needed to be just a little larger to wear it closed. The last the jacket the lines look like it wants to be an empire style but on Bonnie the first line of the band looks like it hits her in the wrong place to actually be empire styling. If this was worked so that the line hit her just a bit lower to actually be just under her bust then it probably would look so much better on her. Over all I think Bonnie looks great and I would have to say since we aren't making any adjustments to the sweaters she is modeling for us that the second view of teh third one looked most visually appealing on her as is... the one called Blooming Cardigan. Open not belted.

I love Climbing Vines and Ropes and Picot - they both hug her curves and flatter her figure. I think the Blooming Cardigan made her look a bit thicker through the middle, but since it's more of a jacket, that's ok. But the Manchester Jacket's waistline was WAY to high. As a woman with a larger bust, I know exactly how it feels to have a too-high waist line actually over the bottom of the breasts - not fun.

The Manchester jacket did not look good - sleeves to long and the waistline detailing was too high - made her look bulky. Maybe if a shirt was underneath the climbing vines pullover and the ropes and picot cardi it would look neater, but t-shirt style under these never look good. The blooming cardigan with no belt looked neat and comfortable. The belt breaks her body in half and makes her look bulky.

I like the Climbing Vines is the most flattering! She could even wear it without anything underneath to accentuate her assets more ;) It's also a nice warming color for her and it doesn't cling. The panel in front also elongates her torso instead of widening it like a horizontal panel would. Although, I also really like the slimming effects of the Ropes and Picot cardi :)

Ropes and Picot looks better on Bonnie than it did on the magazine model! And the color is great on her as well. The Blooming Cardigan without the belt is also flattering. Not totally sure why, though.

I definitely think Climbing Vines is most flattering to Bonnie. I think she wears both Climbing Vines and the Blooming Cardigan better than any other model so far.

I think she great in all of the sweaters, and she's the only one I like in the Blooming Cardigan (no belt). My least favorite would be the Manchester Jacket - not because it's bad on her, but because it isn't as flattering as the others, and the color isn't as good on her.

Bonnie looks best in the Blooming Cardigan (beltless). It gives her a very slim look and reduces her bust line.

Liked the Climbing Vines and Ropes and Picot the best. Both are in colors that suite Bonnie. The Blooming Cardigan (beltless) is a very good look too. When shown belted it makes Bonnie look less svelt!

wow! I like the Blooming Cardigan on her without the belt, and I don't even care much for the sweater. Putting it on the right model really makes a difference. The Climbing Vines is a close second. She looks uncomfortable in the Ropes and Picot. Her pose is much stiffer. Does she not like this one or is it a poor fit? Connie R asked why we like the Blooming Cardigan better without the belt. Someone far above her explained it well -- strong vertical lines that allow us to focus on her face. In addition, I think the strong contrast of the belt across the white top cuts her in half visually. Not a good thing to do.

She looks great in the climbing vines pullover, the ropes and picot also looks good, would be a great professional artical of clothing for her. (I really like this about this pattern, as I would not usually consider a knitted garment as professional attire.) I like the blooming cardigan on her too, and dont see a problem with the belt. Maybe someone could explain why they dont like the belt on her, but I think it emphasises her curves nicely. She looks OK in the manchester jacket, but I dont particularly like this pattern, so to me it doesnt enhance anyone. Perhaps another colour would work better.

Climbing Vines by a lot with the Blooming Cardigan (beltless) as second. The Ropes and Picots Cardigan makes her look thicker than she is in the waist, is a bit too short, and doesn't flatter her upper arms. The less said about the Manchester Jacket the better.

Climbing Vines, definitely. The style and the color both look like they were selected for her especially. She looks smokin' in it! Ropes and Picots is also good. I'm surprised that so many people like the Blooming Cardigan, because I didn't think it was so great for her... I think it wears her, instead of her wearing it. Too busy. She has a nice figure; why not pick styles that show it off?

I like the Blooming Cardigan without the belt. The shirt underneath in a contrasting color makes you look at her face and the vertical lines the open cardigan makes her look slimmer and lengthens her torso. She also looks pretty in the Climbing Vines pullover...but it does not perform the best for her shape! The Blooming Cardigan without the belt is DEFINITELY my FAV! :)

My vote is for the Blooming Cardigan sans belt; to me, it fits her best overall & the color is very beautiful on her. My second choice would be the Ropes & Picot cardigan, but I'd like to see the sleeves longer on her (to her wrists). The strong green color of that cardigan compliments her coloring, in my opinion.

i think as far as overall style, the climbing vines is the most flattering. the scoop neck is very flattering on her. the ropes and picot gives a better vertical line to her torso, but it looks a bit on the small side, because the sleeves are just a bit short. she does seem to have a complexion that looks good in a variety of color. all the colors are very complimentary.

The Ropes and Picots cardigan looks almost like it was tailored just for her. It really flatters all her curves, and the overall look is really classy and professional.
