Why is this show not airing in the Seattle (WA) area?

How do PBS viewers get this show to air in the Seattle area?

I donated $400 last year to PBS and all I get are travel shows and bad (not good) craft shows on my local station!

Maybe I should forget the donations and spend the same money buying my own DVDs?
