Am making the second of this pattern now.  Used DK weight cotton yarn instead of alpaca.  The drape is very nice with it.  Pattern very easy.

When I go from the circular needles to the dpns for the sleeves, my stitches look different.  Maybe I should just keep the sleeves on the circulars and sew a seam?  Any advice?

This is a terrific pattern....I'm just finishing it and it turned out beautifully.  I'll probably make another in a different size and color - it's quite easy.  I used a Velcro tab for the closing as I thought it might be safer than a button.

Am midway through the body of this little sweater and really like the pattern. My yarn is a cotton/wool blend variegated to give a fair-isle look and it is turning out very well. I may make the sleeves a bit longer...will see how much yarn I have. I will be making more of these as this top-down construction is my favourite.
