HELP:  I fully understand starting on three needles to 7" from toe tip Then what?? Leg opening, do I start on 2 needles how many stitches do I cast on?  There is no doubt a simple explanation as to go about this, no doubt one needs to have more expertise as I do, my forte is sweaters, but these looked cute.

WOULD APPRECIATE ANYONES HELP WITH SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE!

Thank you!
