This picture sent me on a quest. The pattern is available from Lacis, but is in German. Lacis kindly sends a translation of the symbols, but not the text. A German-English dictionary is helpful, but may not have all the knitting -specific words. Much searching can find some blogs dedicated to these patterns offering more translations. 'Neibling' is a good word to google. A German speaking friend or relative is the best help. I have started this design and love it. Thanks.
