Is this your own pattern, or which book/magazine was it in? I like the way you did the front and neck edges. If this was your innovation, could you describe what you did? I'm trying to decide how to do a cardigan for my granddaughter in denim-colored cotton yarn. I like the idea of a button band that is verticle like the cables rather than the standard horizontal ribbing.
