I found this pattern in the Simply Knitting Magazine, Issue 22, December 2006. It was called Christmas Rose by Debbie Bliss.

And I understand it was also published in: Debbie Bliss Cashmerino DK Collection but it was called Ribbed Cardigan (same exact pattern)
