Cute pattern!!! Looks easy and I can't wait to give it a try.  One thing I am not sure how to do on the pattern instructions is "block the hat".  How do you block a round piece such as a hat?  I know how to block flat pieces, just never heard that hats needed to be blocked.

Thanks for the great show.  I have been crocheting for over 30 years now.  I always admired the things you can do with knitting that you can't with crochet.   After watching your show,  you have given me the courage to teach myself knitting.  I have started with socks.  I love them!! I can't seem to make enough.  I know I must be doing a good job because everyone is asking for socks for Christmas!!!

Thanks to all of you on the show who demonstrate your skill and patience of teaching throughout your websites.  Thanks for all of the free patterns that let us explore to our heart's content.

God Bless,

Kathleen
