Hello,

I really love this bag, you did a wonderful job.  I am working on the first panel but not sure of a few things.  In your video you mentioned there should be the same number of rows as there are stitches.  I followed the pattern- First section...I ch 33 and completed 32 rows as instructed.  The next section says "Begin Shaping"  Row 1 ch1, sc in the first st, sc2tog (see Glossary)...this is what I was not clear on.  At this point, should I have a panel that is 32 sc stitches wide and 32 rows from top to bottom?  If so, please explain how I am to begin my decreases.  I realized I was doing something wrong when my panel begin to slant on both sides.

Thank you,

Ambatee
