Woman’s easy cardigan is worked in pieces from side to side with lace edging on sleeves and body. In a super bulky yarn, the knitting is fast and easy. The lace pattern is good for beginners, and seaming is a snap along straight edges.

Finished Size 20½ (22¾, 25, 26¼)" back width, to fit 34–37 (38–41½, 43–46, 45–48½)" bust. Sweater shown measures 20½" across back, modeled on 34" actual bust.
Yarn Berroco Sundae (50% wool, 50% acrylic; 62 yd [57 m]/100 g): #8701 ale, 12 (14, 16, 17) skeins.
Needles Size 15 (10 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions
• Removable markers (m);
• tapestry needle.
Gauge 9 sts and 13 rows = 4" in St st; 10 sts and 13 rows = 4" in lace patt; edging measures 6" wide.
