Intermediate small shawl in an intriguing lace pattern.

Finished Size About 40" wide across top edge and 19" long from the center of the top edge to bottom point, after blocking.
Yarn Halcyon Yarn Gemstone Silk 2/5 (100% silk; 260 yd [238 m]/100 g; DK #3 Light): #116, 1 skein.
Needles Size 7 (4.5 mm): 24" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions
• Markers (m);
• sharp-point sewing needle.
Gauge 18 sts and 21 rows = 4" in charted lace pattern, after blocking.

I have the same question... there are several patterns that pull up easily and I am able to print...but there are others that the pattern will not pull up.  Please advise how I can access the free pattern on these.   The arrow head scarf, peak-a-boo cloche and rib & cable socks are a few of them.
