Worked from the bottom of the back to the top, this lacy shrug uses a unique construction to achieve a geometric look.

Yarn Lorna’s Laces Honor (70% alpaca, 30% silk; 275 yd [251 m]/100 g):
• Avondale, 3 (3, 3, 4, 5) skeins
Gauge 16 sts and 32 rows = 4" in lace patt on larger needle; 19 sts and 26 rows = 4" in St st on larger needle
Tools
• Size 5 (3.75 mm): 24" circular (cir) needle and set of 5 double-pointed needles (dpn)
