SEAGLASS SHELL

This simply shaped women's tank boasts a stunning lace panel at the back. Piece is knit in three pieces from the bottom up.

Finished Size 35 (38½, 43, 48, 53)" bust circumference. Top shown measures 35", modeled with slight ease.

Yarn Manos del Uruguay Serena (60% baby alpaca, 40% pima cotton; 170 yd [155 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #2347 dusk, 4 (4, 5, 5, 6) skeins. Yarn distributed by Fairmount Fibers.

Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): straight. Size4 (3.5 mm): straight and 16" and 24" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.

Gauge 22 sts and 30 rows = 4" in St st on larger needles; 22 sts and 30 rows = 4" in Rivulet Lace patt on smaller needles.

CORRECTION: highlighted in yellow below, are for size 43" only.

LACE PANEL

Shape bust: Note: Lace patt changes before bust shaping ends; read the foll section all the way through before proceeding. Inc row (RS) K2, M1, work in patt to last 2 sts, M1, k2-2 sts inc'd. Rep Inc row every 8 (8, 6, 6, 6)th row 7 (8, 9, 9, 9) more times. At the same time, work through Row 12 of chart, then work Rows 1-12 three (three, two, two, two) times, then work Rows 1-8 once more (92 [100, 114, 126, 138] sts), then change to Boulder Lace chart as foll (see Notes): Next row (RS) Work 3 (2, 4, 5, 6) sts, pm, work Row 1 of Boulder Lace chart over 87 (97, 107, 117, 127) sts, pm, work 2 (1, 3, 4, 5) sts. Cont in patt until bust shaping is complete-96 (106, 118, 132, 146) sts. Work 11 (3, 9, 7, 3) rows even in patt, ending with Row 20 of chart.

I'm making a good progress on mine and I love how it's coming out. I did make a lot of changes though, mostly because of a different yarn, gauge, shaping. Why no pictures of the front!!  This makes no sense.

I love this design, but won't buy the yarn until I can see the front.

Is there a problem with the front??????
