A Man's Scarf in Blue to Knit

It is easy to find knitting patterns and yarn for a woman’s scarf, but it is a different story for a man’s. Inna designed this man’s scarf using ribbing, which is traditional for a man’s scarf, a garter-stitch lace pattern, and a reversible cable.


Zitron Lace de Luxe Filisilk, 70% merino/30% silk yarn, laceweight, 656 yards (599.8 m)/100 gram (3.5 oz) skein, 1 skein of #3018 Light Periwinkle
Addi Natura Needles, circular, 24 inches (61.0 cm), size 2 (3 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
Stitch markers in 2 different colors
Cable needle
Tapestry needle
Fiber Fantasy Knitting Products Blockers Kit (contains stiff and flexible blocking wires, T-pins, yardstick) for traditional blocking method
Finished size: 9 inches (22.9 cm) wide and 56 inches (142.2 cm) long
Gauge: 24 sts and 39 rows = 4 inches (10.2 cm) in charted garter and lace patt
