I've been knitting for 65 years, and there's still so much to learn.  I found this so interesting and informative and inspiring.  I makes me want to go out an explore some new fibers.  Thanks.

The white jackets are lab coats and they are wearing them to give the impression that they are scientists talking about the study of different kinds of fiber and their characteristics. I think they are cute, and did not find them distracting while looking at the yarn . Just wondering though, were the swatches knit by machine or by hand?

Oh my goodness, I think I could sit and listen to Clara Parkes all day.  Love the information!  :)

I think these segments are a great addition and will be very informative.  Thanks so much for including them.  Just have to ask - what's with the white jackets/shirts?  They jump out and bite you and take away from the beautiful yarns being featured.  Looks almost like a hospital setting or something.  ??
