I am casting on and do not understand directions.

*Next row Sl3 st to left needle... K1f&b, k2.  Rep from * until 100st....

Question ----   do I k1f&b,k2 repeatedly for  the entire row(s) or k1f&b and knit rest of stitches to end of each row?

Thank you for clarifying instructions.  Jennifer VanNorman

There are no beginning directions for this cowl.   The process and charts are on pages 96 nd 97.  Page 104 has the end of the directions for the cowl.   Please help.
