Well it happened! I arrived into my 60s and in good health. So far anyway. I have 5 children raised and 1 already arrived in Heaven at age 28 yrs. My rosebud Kimberly Anne is no longer with me. I knitted for her and she endured it! My youngest daughter Christine is now 21 yrs and she loves her handknit berets that come from mom. I have knit and crocheted from my teens and it is my enjoyment! I am a widow with one poochie named Char Char who is my faithful friend and companion. I will have to knit her a sweater too. Yes, she is spoiled and all of 15 lbs. A free mutt that was given to me and it has taken me a while to teach her manners but we endure. Southeastern PA is my roots and I still live here. The kids are in and out and since a widow of 9 yrs have been dating and enjoying the company of a gentleman who is very dear. He will be gifted with a nice sweater one day handmade by me. Just not sure when the project will be started. Right now I am working on tons of socks. They are a great pick up and carry project. Oh, and youngest daughter keeps hounding me to make that cabled knit blanket for my 9 mo old grandson. Baby grandson needs a gansey too so that is on the list! Projects, projects, projects... I dabble in making lace wraps, and I truly crave knitting color work at times. So, always something so pretty and fun to make and keep me busy! Happy Knitting to all who took the time to read my bio!! HUGS!!
