I learned to knit in 4-H when I was about 12. My first project was a square that looked like the state of Tennessee. But I improved and later had projects go to the State Fair. I've been knitting obsessively for about the last ten years. My favorite projects are socks, lace and baby items. Since I just had a baby I've been doing a LOT of baby items lately.
