I just started knitting again last Spring after reading a novel "The Shop on Blossom Street" by Debbie Macomber. It had been years since I knitted and I made the " Baby Blocks" baby blanket, pattern by Ann Norling, that was used in the story plot. After that, I read "A Good Yarn" , also by Debbie Macomber, which talked about knitting socks. That sounded really interesting so In September I took a class on Knitting Socks on Circular Needles. I really enjoyed it and have just completed my third pair of socks. Although I thought I was finished with socks, I'm now going to try the Monkey Socks as part of the knit along. The sight is really terrific! The only problem is I find I'm spending too much time here instead of working....on well...
