Hi--I'm fairly new to knitting but have been crocheting for about 50 years, on and off. I tried knitting years ago but found it was too slow a process--compared to crocheting. Last year my granddaughter took up knitting at school so I started up and have grown to really like it!
My husband and I live out in the country and we enjoy gardening, harvesting, and processing a variety of fruits and vegetables and nuts. Keeps us very busy but we love it!
