This is my take on the Bacchus Socks from INTERWEAVE KNITS Autumn 2008 Issue. I used 2 skeins of Nature's Palette in "orchid," a rich violet. I loved the way the socks turned out, but they appear too dark on the scan.

This pattern is from 25 bags to knit by Emma King, Published by Trafalgar Square, on page 38. It is knitted with beads. I made it from some acrylic yarn someone gave me. I don't know what kind of yarn it was other than knitting worsted (about 4 medium weight).
