I learned to knit from my fifth grade English teacher, Mrs. Kent. I knit on and off through school. I have tried various other crafts but find knitting the most adaptable and relaxing. I have explored the possibilities that knitting has - making vases, lampshades, jewelry, rugs.
I recently found a local Stitch'n'B**** group and they are inspiring me to try even more things. I have begun a new love affair with cables. Heck I might even go back and try lace again...
