My Bio

I first learned to knit when I was eleven. A church group leader, learning to knit herself, was tasked to teach myself and three other girls. She was right handed and three of the four of us were left handed (can you say Aaaaaaaaa!).

After much swearing and many tears (not in front of them of course) I finally figured it out, but backwards. I have been knitting left handed since. Being a mother of eight (plus one husband) doesn't leave a lot of time for knitting, but I try to read and improve my skills when I can. RIght now I am trying out what I have read.
